Select Wellness worked with the leadership teams across the property group, procurement, protective services, transformation projects and business controls & monitoring.

The program was designed to equip Westpac’s group leaders to better manage their own and their peoples wellbeing, as well as prevent burnout in an ongoing challenging business environment.

What We Did

Leader Burnout Prevention Program

Program included:

Behaviour change focussed tailored one one one 3 month GLWS leader wellbeing program with executive wellbeing coach.

Collective wellbeing program with leaders in each team aimed at embedding wellbeing as a leadership capability and challenging work practices to better support wellbeing.

A tailored 3 session burnout prevention workshops with broader leadership group. Focus on improving habits around taking breaks.
