Select Wellness worked with every senior leader at Sydney Metro over 18months.

Program included:

Behaviour change focussed tailored one one one 3 month GLWS leader wellbeing program with executive wellbeing coach.

Collective wellbeing program with leaders in each team aimed at embedding wellbeing as a leadership capability and challenging work practices to better support wellbeing.

The wellbeing program’s impact has shown that the work on leader wellbeing has enabled cultural change and that wellbeing ended to be explicit stated and role-modelled.

The program was sponsored through health and safety with Louise Howard being the wellbeing champion (Executive Director Health & Safety & AFR BOSS young executive 2020)
